If you are a Meethaq Corporate Account holder (other than individual), Please download the following form.

Please submit the above Forms duly filled and signed along with relevant documents to your branch.

Alternatively you may also visit the nearest Meethaq branch and fill up a Corporate Internet Banking form available at the branch.
